Shipping & Returns Policy

For shipping the following applies

At our studio, we believe in fair pricing for all customers. While packaging and shipping charges aren't included, this allows us to keep prices accessible for everyone. We're committed to transparency and ensuring you get the best value for your purchase. Thank you for understanding!

*Packaging and shipping average pricing guidelines:

Ireland - Free for products above €150

Rest of World - please allow an average of 10% of purchase price to cover packaging and shipping costs.

**Wherever possible we will use recycled packaging.

The product will be shipped as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed. A 14 day cooling off period exists during which time the artwork may be returned for any reason, in its original condition and packaging, and a refund issued. The shipping and insurance costs associated with returning an artwork are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please re-pack carefully in the same packaging and return by tracked shipping.  There is a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order cancelled or exchanged.

Whilst every effort shall be made to ensure that the digital images shown on the website are an accurate representation of the original paintings, there may be minor colour differences due to the lighting conditions at the time of photographing and also due to the settings on the screen that the photo is being displayed on. Minor blemishes are considered intrinsic properties of the work of art and do not constitute a significant discrepancy.

Any defects or significant discrepancies between the advertised product and the product received must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. If a significant defect or discrepancy is reported within 7 days, I will make all efforts to repair or rectify the issue as necessary. If this is not possible, a full or partial refund will be offered, depending on the issue. For shipments to destinations outside of Ireland, the cost of any relevant import duty and taxes shall be borne by the buyer.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 30 days.

To return your product

please send me an email at hello@anthonycareyart.com and I will contact you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should use a trackable shipping service and include shipping insurance. Please re-pack carefully in the same packaging and return by tracked shipping.  There is a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order cancelled or exchanged.
