- Artwork Accuracy: While every effort is made to provide accurate photographs, minor colour or texture differences may occur due to screen settings or materials. These are not considered defects. A video preview can be requested before purchase.Purchasing: Orders are confirmed via email. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. International buyers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees.
- Shipping:
Free shipping is provided within Ireland. International shipping rates vary. Delivery may take up to 21 days depending on location.
- Returns and Refunds:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers cover return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns made after the 14-day statutory cooling-off period.
- Resale:
Buyers are kindly asked to notify Anthony Carey Art if they intend to resell a work within three (3) years. Where possible, the artist requests the opportunity to reacquire the work under the same terms. Buyers are also encouraged to retain the artist’s name, title, and year when reselling or exhibiting, to support provenance.
- Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for shipping delays, website errors, or third-party links. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the artwork.
